APC’s seeking full licensure are required to complete no less than 2000 Direct Work Experience (DWE )hours.
APC’s are required to complete no less than 75 hours of supervision.
APC’s must achieve their hours in no less than two years post-graduation.

Supervisors must have the CPCS or ACS credential in order to supervise APC’s in Georgia.
APC’s may receive up to ONE year of Supervision from a Psychiatrist or Psychologist, with the remaining time with a CPCS or ACS.

Your supervisor may be on or off-site or they may provide supervision remotely.

Yes, however, every site must have a Director. You must complete a contract affidavit for every Director and have them sign, notarize, and send to the board within TWO WEEKS of changing or adding an employer.
